Q: How can I contact BBK?
A: To contact us please use our contact form. We will do everything possible to get back with you within a business day.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Your order confirmation e-mail will contain a link where you can check the status of your order at anytime. You can also click on “my account”.
Q: How can I track the status of my shipment?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming your shipment. Depending upon your delivery method, you may also receive a US Postal Service (USPS) tracking number to track your shipment status online at www.usps.com.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please read the instructions in Returns and Exchanges page.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: USPS Priority Mail shipping is free within the continental US. BBK never charges for handling. Express Mail deliveries with USPS, and international destinations cost more. Please see Shipping and Delivery Information.
Q: Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
A: Sales tax will only be applied to orders delivered in Oklahoma. Other destinations do not pay sales tax.
Q: What shade of pink is that?
A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. BBK photographers have made every effort to make the colors in our pictures true to the actual colors. But please consult the written description of the colors in the product descriptions alongside each item.
Q: Why do some hand-stitched and hand-painted details look a bit different from the pictures?
A: Hand-painted and hand-stitched detailing will naturally have some variation from piece to piece. While we do have a standard, some variation is expected. This is one of the charms of artisan products.
Q: What is the paint used in the hand-painted styles?
A: The paint used in our hand-painted styles is designed specifically to work on Lycra® and does not fade significantly over time. A normal, age related fading may occur.
