Returns and Exchanges

At BBK, we want our customers to be happy! So, BBK offers a 100% money back guarantee.

We inspect each item prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please return it to us immediately. Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase of the merchandise, for an exchange or full refund (Note: international orders, 60 days due to greater delivery times). We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. After 30 days, all returns are for exchanges only. BBK does not accept returns or exchanges after 60 days from the date of purchase. All articles must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary linings attached; previously worn articles are not returnable.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as returns and new orders. Simply place an order for the new item online, and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your credit card account will be credited for the original item when we receive it.

Shipping charges are one direction only- we are not responsible for shipping costs or lost merchandise when you mail a return. We therefore recommend that you insure it. Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order.

To expedite your return or exchange, please include a copy of your invoice or your name and order number. All returns are handled immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.
